The things you feel confident doing, you’ve been doing for years.<\/p>\n

Confidence takes practice. <\/strong><\/p>\n Your confidence grows when you do something over and over.<\/p>\n You may believe you need to find confidence before<\/em> doing challenging things. Things like:<\/p>\n But here’s the secret.<\/strong><\/p>\n Don’t wait to find confidence.<\/em><\/p>\n Courage<\/strong> <\/em>comes before confidence.<\/p>\n The simple truth is you won’t feel confident when starting something new.<\/p>\n You need to find the courage deep inside of you to do epic things.<\/p>\n Courage is:<\/p>\n Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyway.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n You gain confidence by overcoming your fears.<\/p>\n The more challenges you face, the more confident you become.<\/p>\n But first, be courageous \u201dgo for it!\u201d feel the fear and do it anyway<\/em>.<\/p>\n When do you feel most confident? Think about it. I bet you feel most confident when you’ve familiar with something. When you’ve done it many times.
