I choose my own actions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n When we stop blaming others, we take responsibility for ourselves.\u00c2\u00a0This was a game-changer for me because, here’s the thing\u00e2\u20ac\u201d I never saw myself as a victim.<\/em><\/p>\n Are you playing the blame game? Are you playing the victim? (It’s so eye-opening when you recognize it in yourself!<\/em>)<\/p>\n Here’s the good news: <\/strong><\/p>\n You are responsible. You have full control over yourself. You can take charge and change your thoughts and feelings.<\/p>\n Taking charge<\/strong><\/p>\n When I needed to take a\u00c2\u00a0 closer look at how my thoughts and beliefs were affecting my life, I asked for help.
